Any specific artistic or business outcome

The artist remains the primary vehicle for execution, effort, and long-term results.

4. Client Responsibility

By working with JAG SOLUTIONS NY LLC, you acknowledge that:

Your progress depends on your own actions, consistency, readiness, discipline, budget, and execution

We are not responsible for opportunities you choose not to pursue

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, approvals, communication, or implementation on your end

You are responsible for the final decisions you make regarding your music, brand, releases, spending, and career

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled according to the terms disclosed at checkout or in your subscription agreement.

By purchasing a subscription or service, you authorize the selected payment processor to charge your chosen payment method according to the plan you purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing, packaging, or service scope at any time for future purchases or renewals.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement:

Discovery calls and completed consultations are non-refundable

Monthly mentorship payments are non-refundable once billed

Custom project deposits and development payments are non-refundable once work begins

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited

7. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

We reserve the right to set reasonable policies regarding:

Rescheduling deadlines

Missed-session forfeiture

Lateness

Communication expectations

Session expiration windows

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All website copy, frameworks, written materials, branding, and educational content created by JAG SOLUTIONS NY LLC remain our intellectual property

Clients may use purchased deliverables for their intended personal or business use

Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission

Any client-owned music, logos, masters, artwork, or submitted materials remain the client’s property unless separately assigned in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

We may use or recommend third-party platforms, distributors, designers, engineers, payment processors, PR contacts, marketers, or other providers.

We are not responsible for:

Outages

Errors

Account suspensions

Policy changes

Third-party deliverables

Actions or omissions of outside providers

10. Trademark, Legal, and Business Filing Matters

Any references to trademarks, registrations, business setup, publishing administration, royalty collection, sync licensing, or related matters are for educational or coordination purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

We do not provide legal representation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAG SOLUTIONS NY and its owner, affiliates, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost income, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to JAG SOLUTIONS NY for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event at issue.
