Community Guidelines
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These guidelines apply to interactions through JAG Solutions NY LLC’s website, company-managed social channels, consultations, and any discussion features we make available.
Respectful communication
Treat property owners, developers, contractors, and team members respectfully. Threats, harassment, discriminatory conduct, and abusive communications are not permitted.
Accurate information
Be truthful about your identity, authority, property ownership, professional credentials, development experience, and intentions.
Do not present estimates, proposed projects, or unapproved plans as verified facts.
Privacy and confidentiality
Do not publicly post another person’s contact information, financial documents, signatures, access codes, transaction terms, or private correspondence without authorization.
Use the appropriate private channel for property and transaction discussions.
Property access
A conversation, introduction, or website inquiry does not authorize access to a property. Obtain permission from the appropriate owner or authorized party before visiting, inspecting, photographing, or entering.
No unauthorized promises
Do not claim authority to bind JAG, approve a transaction, guarantee funding, or promise a closing unless you have the necessary written authority.
Relevant participation
Spam, impersonation, fraudulent solicitations, malicious links, and unauthorized promotion are prohibited on company-managed channels.
Moderation and reporting
Where we control a communication space, we may remove prohibited material or restrict access to protect participants and website operations.
These guidelines do not prohibit honest reviews, lawful complaints, communications with regulators, or other protected activity.
Report concerns to support@jagsolutionsny.com with the subject “Community Concern.”
